RIS has been selected by Action Investors to develop a comprehensive program to sell, outright and/or dismantle one hundred and sixty-eight "All Steel Plate (B) Boxcars." In addition, RIS was selected to manage the sale of the heavy metal scrap, and the future disposition of parts and components.
