L.B. Foster Co owns two(2) Rail Trains which transport continuously welded rail (“CWR”) to their customer base. L.B. Foster wanted to enhance their forty(40) years AAR life span by ten(10) years with the upgrades set forth under “AAR Extended Service Status” The full refurbishment include all the inputs required by the AAR including the reconditioning of slide frames and rollers.
